In the poem, there is a constant use of images of two parts “big nose” and “fat legs” were considered as ugly parts on the doll’s body. ![]() With a gentle tone of the speaker presenting a short story in the poem, “Barbie Doll” by Marge Piercy depicts a girl doll’s life from her birth till the moment she gained her happiness.
